i call my mum in west yorkshire every sunday from my flat in west scotland one of her things these days during lockdown is to try to perfect
her homemade pizza recipe
every sunday she tells me new things shes tried
new ratios of flour/yogurt oil/no oil
baking tray/parchment paper different kneading times
one sunday i tell her that i will make pizza myself later on in the day she asks me which recipe i will use and i tell her
she says that i should send her a photo of mine
and she will send me a photo of hers
i tell her i think its a good idea
then i say that i will call again next sunday and i hang up
